Typically, clients retain us on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis in order to provide ongoing counseling over a sustained period of time. Certain legal matters, such as estate planning, may be performed on a flat fee or hourly basis and personal injury cases are typically handled on a contingent fee basis. We work closely with all of our clients to devise a legal strategy and fee structure that best suits that client’s needs.
